HANDCRAFTED ITEMS — ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each product is made with care and cannot be restocked.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lunarmilkco@gmail.com with:

 - Your order number

 - A photo of the damage or defect

We will replace or refund damaged/defective items at our discretion.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

CANCELLATIONS Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
