PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Handcrafted items may require additional time during sales. If there is an issue with your order that can make the order unclear, we may reach out by email to clear up any confusion. This may slow down processing times. 

TRACKING A tracking number will be emailed once your order is packaged and ready to ship. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Lunar Milk Freshies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly with your delivery carrier.
